We became friends in high school and baseball team mates. I worked at Giant in Rockville while going to MJC and I got Gene a job at Giant and he never left. We kept in touch mostly through reunions and most recently in September 2023. We spent hours catching up and I am so thankful for that time. We are so sorry for your loss Gene was special and he will be missed.
