Forest Lee Hough, 91, went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 3, 2023.  
Born December 12, 1931 in Maryland, he was the son of the late Jasper Fox Hough and Myrtle Lee Burdette.
Forest was a Montgomery County school bus driver. He also helped run the family business, Hough Orchards, in Dickerson, MD. He was a long time member of the Poolesville Odd Fellows Lodge #97.

Forest is survived by his life partner of 61 years Alice Jean Stine. He is also survived by a nephew Michael Hough of Adamstown, a niece Susan Helmick of Jefferson, and several great nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

A special thank you to the Hospice and Frederick Health Hospital staff for the care you gave to Forest while he was there.
He was predeceased by his brother Jasper “Jack” Hough, and nephew Mark Hough.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 8th from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at Hilton Funeral Home in Beallsville, where funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville, MD. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Forest L. Hough Endowment Fund c/o The Community Foundation of Frederick County, 312 E. Church St. Frederick, MD 21701, or at FrederickCountyGives.org/foresthough.
