I have great memories of Susan. As a child her door was always open to me when my mom was working. Especially loved her cookies. Truly one of the kindest people I have ever known. Have very special memories of going to my first concert with Susan and Skip. I always think of them when hear “Jeremiah was a bull frog”! Remember a weekend trip to their cabin in West Virginia when every snake in the state decided to have a pool party. Thanks to Susan and Skip for making me a life long Redskins/Commander's fan. Will miss her smile. Skip, all my love and may your memories of your beautiful wife bring you comfort.

To Steve and all of Jodie’s family, my deepest sympathies and prayers. Jodie’s was a wonderful quilter and just wanted you to know I used a lot of her stashed QOV fabric that she donated back to the group.

Susan was born a Lady. She was gracious, intelligent, modest, poised, and always attentive and kind. She was also blessed with the unique ability to remain blind to the character flaws of others. Susan was a true friend who will forever remain the only true Lady of my acquaintance.
