Frances was one of the sweetest, feistiest, loving and joyful person that I ever had the pleasure of working with. Just thinking of her makes me smile. May she Rest in Paradise.

Frances was one of my closest friends and I will miss her dearly. We had such good times together like going to Basset’s for lunch, having our nails done, a wonderful cruise to Alaska, or just riding around in our Mustang’s. I can’t imagine life without her. I miss you already. RIP my friend.
