Ko Li Hou, 105, of North Potomac, MD, passed away on September 27, 2025. He was the loving husband to Ya Wen Hou. Born in China on January 9, 1920, he was the son of the late Shu Hou and Shu Guo Hou.

 

Ko Li is survived by his daughter; Yu-Hsiu Grennon, husband, William Grennon, five grandchildren; Jenny DiPaola, spouse David DiPaola, Andy Mu, spouse Kinny Mu, Christine Warden, spouse Cory Warden. Ryan Grennon, Nora Grennon and great-grandchildren, Chloe DiPaola, Audrey DiPaola, Connor Mu, Cameron Mu, Hannah Warden. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ya Wen Hou and one daughter; Yu-Feng Mu.

 

Services are private. Ko Li’s final resting place will be at National Memorial Park, Falls Church, VA with his wife.
